Initial Order In An Anticipated Multi-Million Dollar Procurement Program

CARLSBAD, Ca. - XENONICS HOLDINGS, INC. (AMEX: XNN), a leader in high-intensity illumination and high-definition night vision technologies, announced today that it has received a purchase order valued at approximately $915,000 from Special Projects Special Applications (SPSA), LLC, a division of Tactical & Survival Specialties Incorporated, Harrisonburg, Virginia, a provider of logistical support to military, law enforcement and emergency response agencies, for Xenonics' NightHunter One illumination devices.
"This is the initial order in what we anticipate will be a multi-million dollar NightHunter One procurement program by SPSA for custom illumination kits to be delivered to the U.S. Marine Corps," said Xenonics CEO Chuck Hunter. He said that the bulk of this initial order will be delivered in the current quarter.
