(OTC Bulletin Board: DGLY), which develops, manufactures and markets advanced video surveillance products for law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security applications, today announced that it will participate in the 114th Annual International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, which will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, October 14-16, 2007. Digital Ally will be showcasing several new features that will greatly enhance its line of digital video surveillance products for the law enforcement industry at Booth #1843.

The Company also announced that former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft will be present at Digital Ally's booth (#1843) on Monday, October 15, 2007, from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. General Ashcroft, who was appointed U.S. Attorney General in December 2000 by President George W. Bush, is a member of Digital Ally's Advisory Board, which is comprised of highly qualified individuals that can assist the Company in the achievement of its strategic objectives.
